Fuji Oil Group has joined a 4 year research public-private partnership with the leading agri-food knowledge institute Wageningen University & Research and 10 other industrial partners (SPXFlow, Cosun, Mane, Amano Enzyme, Arla Foods, Simply V, CJ CheilJedang, Starfield, Upfield and The Livekindly Company) that is co-sponsored by TKI (Top Consortium for Knowledge and Innovation ‘Agri & Food’ by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Netherlands).
Fuji Oil combines its core competencies in oils&fats and soy protein to contribute to the health of people and the planet through its plant-based food solutions. We aim to support the protein transition to a more plant-based diet and will utilize the insights from this consortium to further develop solutions that meet consumer demands for clean label foods with a good taste and nutritional profile.
We are excited to work with a group of partners with a diverse range of knowledge and experience spanning the value chain from equipment supplier through to B2B and B2C food manufacturers. Together we will generate faster and richer insights and knowledge that will support our joint desire to contribute to the development of sustainable clean label plant-based foods.
